Back at it again 6/8/2020

Yet again I fat thumbed a blank email. I am on fire. Idk who put the send and the attach file button so close together.

Tuesday was a grand ol' party. We were out of apartment for around 7 hours straight which was fantastic. In the morning we had a lesson. After lunch, we went on mini-exchanges! I went on a walk with Elder Morse and then after doing a little bit of planning we had a lesson which went pretty good but it definitely didn't to plan which is how it is sometimes. Then we ran over to a meeting where we planned for the upcoming months. Then we ran and grabbed dinner after another lesson and got ready for our last lesson of the day.

Wednesday was a lot more slow paced which was nice. We watched a devotional for missionaries and set up some lessons as well as had a couple.

Thursday we had District Council and we were given permission to have those in person again which was awesome! We talked about developing charity and discussed the why of missionary work.

Not much happened Friday.

Saturday almost all of our lessons cancelled which was a bummer. However, we share some of our favorite scriptures with M and she shared some of hers with us which was fun.

Sunday we went and had 3 hours of church! It was great to be there and some of the people we were hoping would come made it (though some late) which was made it even better.

Miracle of the Week: a couple of weeks ago one of our Ward Mission Leaders set up a lesson for us with a family that hadn't been to church for a while and had a kid who hadn't been baptized. We were able to have a lesson in person! Not only that. We invited him to be baptized and he was super excited and said yes!

Quote of the Week: this week's quote is from our Prophet Russell M Nelson on June 1st. Go look it up. It is a powerful message in light of everything going on but is a bit long to put in this email.
